Description:
Currently, it is possible to retrieve deleted revisions through the API only by page, not by user. An API equivalent to [[Special:DeletedContributions]] would be useful.

This is related to bug 14869; I have filed it as a separate issue because this particular query is much more needed than most of the others listed there (half of them are disabled on en.wikipedia).

This would probably be best implemented by adding a druser (and possibly drexcludeuser as well) parameter to list=deletedrevs.
