if the user press TAB key after selection his/her language he/she goes to the field to select the wiki language and if he/she press TAB again the focus goes to the LOGO instead of the button for continuing the instalation.
I think this should be changed to facilitate the use of TAB during the instalation.

Fix tabindex on language page of installer
Adds missing tabindex to the select dropdowns for the languages so tabbing order will go Your language -> Wiki language -> Continue as it should.
