diff=next/prev must use date/time stamp, not revision number
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Author: timwi

Description:
Carlos on wikitech-l reports:

When you are looking
at the revision with a number a little below 4.900.000, the "diff=next"
will take you to the revision with the next higher number, which is the
first one.

This is clearly inappropriate because the revision numbers cannot be assumed to
be in chronological order. Instead, the date/time stamp should be used to find
the "next"/"previous" revision.
