Applied with r26499 with exception of NS_PROJECT (Wikipedia => Vikipedėjė), this has to be set by a shell user -> cloned bug 11602.

I have added the 'lt' namespace names as aliases to avoid broken (red) links on existing pages.

How I see the bug was not resolved.

The bug is resolved but the change is not live as it is a change in MediaWiki corecode done with r26499. At the moment we are still running, see [[bat-smg:Special:Version]]). With the next software sync in a few days it will go live. These changes are independent from bug 11602.
