Unlike the "article", "edit", and other tabs, the "unprotect" tab shown at the top of pages is not capitalized. The text that is displayed can be seen in the URL provided (compare to http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Protect which is capitalized). The difference is not visible on most wikis because of the CSS style text-transform:lowercase that is used in Monobook.
