Patch to internationalize more numbers

I discovered two more places that numbers should be displayed as localized, using formatNum, but are not.

One is when displaying an images size, like 127 x 177, which could be seen here:
http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Wiki.png
(search for "127" in Europena numbers)

Another is in pages that use Pager, like a history page, which could be seen here:
http://fa.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Image:Wiki.png&action=history
(search for "50" in European numbers)

I am attaching a patch.

• bzimport added a subscriber: Unknown Object (MLST).

Applied with r27057.

Another two issues found and fixed in ImagePage.php and Skin.php.
