Description

patch for includes/FileDeleteForm.php

When deleting an old version of a file, the message deletedrevision used for the comment use wfMsg() but should use wfMsgForContent() as it will be hardcoded in the log (for an example, see this link : http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=delete&user=Pilecka ).
