Hi,

I've noticed that, with $wgEnableUserEmail = false, the "ccmeonemails" (Send me copies of emails I send to other users) preference continues being editable by users.

I've looked for uses of that variable across code and haven't been able to find any one, apart of the SpecialEmailuser.php one.

Just guessing if that checkbox should be hidden exactly the same way than "allowemail", when $wgEnableUserEmail is disabled.

Note this could have some conflict with the way https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5495 is going to be fixed.
