Description

The account es:User:KTC (http://es.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial%3AGlobalUsers&username=KTC) and ja:User:KTC (http://ja.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E7%89%B9%E5%88%A5%3AGlobalUsers&username=KTC) are not attached to the global account User:KTC.

Special:Preferences & Special:MergeAccount both seems to think there's no unattached account with "All in order!" and "Login unification complete!".

This is a recent behaviour having listed the status correctly only until very recently.

This is due to the truncation of the localnames table; the lists are't getting repopulated since there are already globalnames records.

I'm truncating both tables now, so they'll get automatically repopulated in the correct way.
