Description:
RecentChanges doesn't keep state when switching show/hide bots, registered, etc and also number of recent changes. So, it's impossible, for example to select show only bots edits using links in RecentChanges.

Problem was introduced recently - 1-2 ago. Definitely exists in r39044.
