Description:
The linking between wikipedia, wiktionary, wikiquote.. should get an extra
toolbox like the language links. And it should show whether there is an article
or not.
on de:wikipedia now there are two links between upload and specialpages in the
toolbox, but they are not realy tools, are they?

Can't find anything special here. Nor can I find any links to wiktionary or
