Diff to LanguageDe.php in CVS (as requested)

LanguageDe with German translations for the plenty new text strings for e-mail
address confirmation and other changes.

JeLuF, thanks for letting me know. Attached is now a diff file to the current
CVS. My LanguageDe.php has a few more text strings; I cannot strip them at the
moment.
