For users that don't have Enhanced recent changes activated the diff links on
recent changes make a diff of the same version (e.g.
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jaime_Pressly&curid=785416&diff=17915306&oldid=17915306
) Enhanced recent changs seems to be working correctly.
