I,m Sysop in AR_Wikiquote and i ask you to change the
numbering system in arabic Wikiquote project from Indian
numbers ( Current arabic numbers ) to the Arabic numerals
( current european numbers ) to be compatible with
Ar_Wikipedia and other organizations's issues . Thanks

that is link to vote i made for this issue , actually all operators and active users approve
this changing , normal users don,t care which system is used .
for organisagion's issues it is necceray to use the same settings , it makes no sense that we
use different settings from Wikipedia's settings .
i think Elian is Bearucrat in Ar_Wikipedia and he can be sure that Wikipedia operators approve

This isn't about changing the system on Arabic Wikipedia, but about making the
other projects consistent with that Wikipedia.
