Description:
Special:Allpages can be asked to only get pages in a certain namespace. This
feature would be useful to Special:Newpages as well. That way, people can keep
track of new categories, new templates, or new pages in Wikispace.

There actually is such a parameter but it doesn't seem to be exposed in UI at this
time...

Fixed in SVN trunk, r13786. Exposed the namespace parameter on the request line
and added a form for filtering.
