Sorry for this!

As I remember this behaviour has changed.

a) [[special:Allpages/Wikipedia]] will list some pages but
[[special:Allpages/Wikipedia:]] *not*.
b) [[special:Allpages/Meta:]] displays results as [[special:Allpages/:]].
c) [[special:Allpages/:Babel]] as [[special:Allpages/Babel]]

In case a, the second link should presumably yield the same result as
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AAllpages&from=&namespace=4

the fact that it doesn't seems indeed a bug. The first link in case b should

presumably show no results, or should give an error message. The remaining
cases seem correct to me.
