Description:
If a user tries to edit a page in a protected namespace (such as MediaWiki: on
enwiki), they get a generic "This page is protected" message, even if the page
itself isn't protected. There should be a separate message making clear that
all pages in that *namespace* are protected, because the remedy for the two
problems is very different. (I spent a while trying to get an admin on en to
temporarily unprotect [[MediaWiki:Nocreatetext]] so that I could edit it).
