Description:
Please set the Hebrew projects signatures timezone to UTC+3 (Israel timezone,
for most of the Hebrew projects readers and writers are from Israel), with the
name of IDST - Israel Daylight Saving Time, which has started lately. When not
daylight saving time, please change to UTC+2 and IDT.

The daylight saving time starts at 2:00 AM on the following dates:

  • 2006 - March 31.
  • 2007 - March 30.
  • 2008 - March 28.
  • 2009 - March 27.
  • 2010 - March 26.
  • 2011 - April 1st.

The daylight saving time ends at 2:00 on the following dates:

  • 2006 - October 1st.
  • 2007 - September 16th.
  • 2008 - October 5th.
  • 2009 - September 27th.
  • 2010 - September 12th.
  • 2011 - October 2nd.

Algorithm: the DST starts at 2:00 on the last Friday before April 2nd, and ends
at 2:00 on the last Sunday before Tishrey 10th (the Hebrew calender).
