It explains that you must set the image entries as "Image:*", and that it also
allows text.
BUT, the text is referenced as an image at the image table (see
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:A-L). In fact, the image prefix is
optional, as it always tries to include the image, showing the text if it can't.
So, we should either:
a) Update the documentation to explain the real behavior.
b) Change the implementation to make it work as documented.
I like a bit more the second one although it may break several things... ;)
