Next time please check the syntax using 'php -l',
there was several errors :)

Cleaned up patch

Fixed: syntax error, obsolote messages, {{ns:project}} and {{sitename}} usage,
some xhtml.

{{ns:project}} is only used as namespace, not for the name of the site. Always
close html tags!

Some fixups still need to be done:

portal-url: unnecessary space
tagline: not generic
administrators: fix and compare to Messages.php
sysoptext: use $1
copyrightwarning use $2
recentchangestext: compare to Messages.php and fix
largefile: use $1 and $2
addedwatchtext: use wikimarkup, fix links
undeletedtext: doesn't link to [[special:log/delete]]
ipboptions: format is translated:english, don't translate both
