Bug 5450 had too many attachments and comments, so here is a new bug. First
updates for trunk and REL1_6 are coming soon.

directly maintain and upate the Hebrew file. Thanks to Niklas Laxström, Rob
Church and everyone for commiting the fixes I've sent to keep the Hebrew file
