The new message "sp-newimages-showfrom", introduced in SVN r14540 and used on
special:newimages, did not reflect the time zone setting in user preferences.
The further used message "rclistfrom" did it and do it on special:recentchanges
anymore.

The problem is, that the time showed by every image in the gallery on new images
reflects the individual time zone setting.
