The patch also changes the link to the user page from Linker::makeLinkObj to
Linker::userLink, to match also anonymous users – although anonymous users
cannot change the logs even if they have the permission (they can change the
recent changes but not the logs), and that is another bug.

The links to "talk-contribs-block" are dupe in the user creation log now. The
last set can be deleted.
