The Project namespace is usually named for the wiki, eg 'Wikipedia:'.

So this already exists.

If you want something different, can you be more specific?

while the talk namesapce is intended to be used by thematic talk areas.

it.wikipedia about the creation, that has led to a wide agreement.

The second one is the talk one ( discussioni = talk, in Italian language).

Not only (this i s just one point among the others).

It will also be usefull to have a clearer organization and arrangement of project
pages, with a clearer difference between pages about the whole Wikipedia project
(which will still be with their Wikipedia: prefix -and with its alias Project: ,
which is seldom used- ) and those about a single thematical WikiProject (which will
be with the new Progetto: prefix)

Anyhow I think that now the point is just to wait for the creation.
