Grammar error in default English message

Description

In the default message for MediaWiki:Badtitletext, there is a grammar error. The
sentence: "It may contain one more characters which cannot be used in titles." should
be "It may contain one or more characters which cannot be used in titles." An "or"
should be added between "one" and "more".
