In RDF Export, attributes of Type:URL are exported with attribute
rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string"

I think it would be more correct for URL's to be of XSD datatype #anyURI, see
http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#anyURI

It's a trivial fix to SMW_DT_URI.php.

I'm not sure whether the same applies to Type:Email. Perhaps in RDF export it
should have mailto: in front, and then it could also be of datatype #anyURI.
