Hi, a member of the french arbcom, [[fr:Utilisateur:Alvaro]], has just made a
request an arbitrage, would it be able to remove him from either the moderation
of the list, and the list during the arbitrage.

Changing all WONTFIX high priority bugs to lowest priority (no mail should be generated since I turned it off for this.)
