Description

In MediaWiki 1.9.0 one sees

Installation successful! Move the config/LocalSettings.php file into
the parent directory, then follow this link to your wiki.

OK, but don't you want to remind them _here_ (too again perhpaps) to
change the permissions? Else it will be left

forever, warnings in other paragraphs notwithstanding. At least on UNIX.
