Hi the devs,

Can the developers set the value of $wgUploadNavigationUrl in the Cantonese Wikipedia's LocalSettings.php file to "http://zh-yue.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project:%E4%B8%8A%E8%BC%89" ([[:zh-yue:Project:上載]]) for the changes of the upload link in the toolbox?
