Description

Hi the devs,

Can the developers set the value of $wgUploadNavigationUrl in the Chinese
Wikipedia's LocalSettings.php file to
"http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project:%E4%B8%8A%E4%BC%A0"
([[:zh:Project:上传]]) for the changes of the upload link in the toolbox?
