Recently in Vietnamese Wikipedia, User:Vương Ngân Hà has made a page protection action (http://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%90%E1%BA%B7c_bi%E1%BB%87t:Log/protect). I cannot understand because he was desysoped while a long time ago (see http://vi.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%C4%90%E1%BA%B7c_bi%E1%BB%87t%3AListUsers&username=&group=sysop&limit=400 for vi.wiki user list, and http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Permissions/2008-01#V.C6.B0.C6.A1ng_Ng.C3.A2n_H.C3.A0.40vi-wikipedia for desysop request). Any idea?
