Japanese Planet at http://ja.planet.wikimedia.org/
The necessary files on SVN is placed and ready, awaiting for the DNS
configuration and the cronjob to be set.

There are feeds for es added in r81073. The problem is that those three planets got added to the sidebar (how does planet deployment work?) but don't exist.
I commented ca and ja in r81824 with other bunch of changes to planet templates.
