Description

The Vietnamese Wikipedia community has unanimously [[w:vi:Wikipedia:Thảo luận#Tạo quyền "người dùng bot"|requested]] a new user group, akin to the "flooder" group at Meta, that consists of the [[m:Meta:Flood flag|flood flag]] (the "bot" right). It would be granted and revoked by administrators, not just bureaucrats.
