Since there are some known issues http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WebFonts#Known_Issues and users might not know where to report more issues(not all are familiar with bugzilla), can there be a link (like what Narayam has) and for the time being set to a mediawiki page where people can come and report issues. That page could also give a brief intro of webfonts, document known issues, discuss issues raised by users.

It will be done with in 2 weeks time. Fix is not easy, we wanted to provide help in multiple languages in localized way in a central place.
While thats ideal to provide help in multiple languages, Can we start having this link sooner only in English? The important thing now is to get more reports, we could be nicer by supporting multiple languages for help page later. Multiple languages would mean community support as well, that may come only later.
Or the other way to inform users would be to post all Villages pumps mentioning bugzilla process. The ultimate thing is not about having the menu item for help, its to tell more people where to report. I think most report even if that page is in English.

r107051 Added a help link to WebFonts menu(now available in translatwiki.net). The documentation https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Web_fonts is being prepared now. The page will be translatable using Translate extension.
