On the Albanian Wikipedia, the current namespace name for "User:" is
"Përdoruesi:", which is male-only. Would it be possible to add an alias for
this namespace, "Përdoruesja:", which would be the female version?

These aren't albanian wikipedia specific are they?
I'm moving this to MediaWiki itself, as it should be added to the core localisation files
Osli do you happen to know the equivalent in Gheg Albanian (language code "aln") ?
We currently have:
