udp2log does not log everything

Description

We have several logging group which are not written by udp2log in /home/wikipedia/log

An example is the runJob group which trace the result of jobrunner jobs.

ls -l -d /home/wikipedia/logs
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 2012-05-22 08:53 /home/wikipedia/logs/

So udp2log user is not able to write anything there.
