not even touch on that question. Rather, it started from the (mistaken) premise
that the extension was about to be enabled whether we wanted it or not.
Given this, I think this bug is invalid.

I agree, marking as such. Also, this is eventually going to be going out to all wikis, so I'm not really sure that specific wiki requests are really needed at all.

Bugzilla is the right place, but at some point Scribunto would be deployed to all wikis anyway. I don't see much sense in asking for specific deployment on one wiki.
