Description:
Title is "log in (requires approval)". The page consists of a single section with the
title "Log in". The entire page, including the heading, is in a box. These elements
make the page look weird, in my opinion.
Shortening the message may remove the need to have the font so small.
Why not have a more concise message: "You do not need to log in to read the site or
make a donation, but you do need to log in to edit pages. To request an account, see
[some link to another page with more information]."
The title "log in (requires approval)" should make it clear that not everyone can get
an account - more details can be put on another page.
