UniversalLanguageSelector IME selector is mis-positioned with a CodeEditor textarea

Description

When editing code in a CodeEditor textarea on a wiki with ULS IME enabled, the IME selector appears in the middle of the textarea rather than in its corner.

Until this is properly fixed, it should probably be disabled, because code is mostly written in English anyway.

Thanks for filing this. For me, it's not quite in the middle, but it's certainly not where it's supposed to be. :-) I'll upload a screenshot momentarily.
