Numerically equal titles considered equal when linking
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Author: mediazilla

Description:
When a page includes a link to itself, it's not made a link, but bolded; the
same happens if the page title is numerically equal to the linked page. For
example, a link to the 00 article on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/0 not rendered
as a link, but bolded. (I also tried it with a page named 0010, and links to 10,
010, 00010 etc. showed the same behaviour there.)

I assume there's a "==" somewhere which should be a "===".
