The help namespace exists specifically for help pages and should not be changed
to something else. If another namespace is required for custom purposes on
Wiktionary, it should be a new, custom namespace.

If the translation for Category is wrong, that needs to be fixed globally. It
would help to have a confirmation from a larger ko community, such as at
Wikipedia, that the new translation would be more correct and desired.

If what you want is an appendix, it should have the same index as Bug 9304
