MessageZh_classical.php.patch

There are several messages to fixing some errors like the incorrect settings for the 'ipboptions', thus the block time cannot be selectable, this attachment is to fixing several errors for the message file, and also this have several fixes also.

This patch file is addressing the issue of the 'blockettext' text, which does not use the $5 and $6 in the text.
