See the http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Wikify.svg. The description page is avaiable, but not the image itself. There is no deletion log avaiable, only upload log. If I go to the restore interface, the software shows two file revisions able to restore. But if I try to restore I get the following error message:
