I would like to propose installation of DeletedContributions extension on Wikimedia wikis. It would be appropriate to set it up in a way that deleted edits from now on are reflected on it, and the access would be limited to sysops.

Yes it does depend on the index and my request also includes setting up that index, by its nature. Thank you for pointing this out here as well.
