Patrolling revision should not end on separate page, use AJAX
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Author: le.korrigan

Description:
When marking an edit as "patrolled", AJA could be used in the same way that it has been used for watching a page : one clic on the "watch this page" thumb puts the page in the watchlist while staying on the page. For patrolled edits, currently the user clicks on the link, and another page is displayed. All this could maybe stay on one page ?

(hopefully I've made this clear...)

Another solution, that would be better than what we have at the moment - but not better than the AJAX, is the option to go back to the entry we have just patrolled (the specific diff - current entry and history would all be useful), and/or to the user's page (talk page or contributions list). All of these links are available from the diff page, so it would be nice to maintain them going on to the patrolled edit page, just linking back to RC is very limiting.
