Image page deletions not restored after image deleted, reuploaded, and deleted revs restored

Description:
This image page was created (by uploading an image) and deleted (by deleting the image) a few times. The last time it wasn't deleted. I went to Special:Undelete and clicked "Restore" to try and restore all the deleted image page and image revisions. The file revisions returned and are now visible on the image page, but the old image page revisions seem to have disappeared forever. When I look at the history tab it says "View or restore 6 deleted edits?" but when I follow the link to Special:Undelete/Image:Cesarosofo.jpg , it says

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Undelete/Image:Cesarosofo.jpg doesn't show any deleted revision because you undeleted them. http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Image:Cesarosofo.jpg&action=history has 6 revsions previous to your undeletion date.

Now, what revision should appear and doesn't?

(It's probably a cache problem with the history page)

The only revisions I see in the history tab are the ones that happened after the most recent image upload. 4250511, 4296601, rEVED7497934cd393.
