Steps to reproduce:

Create a new talk page, associated with an existing article page.
Login as an administrator, and go to delete the page.
Enter a reason, and click "Delete page".
Says "Action complete", but the "discussion" action link at the top of the page is blue, indicating the page exists. Should be red.
Click the discussion link. Now it appears as red.
