There are a lot of images from World War Two and etc which will be PD-old in 2015. I want to be able to delete such copyvios to be restored automatically in 2015 when they become PD-old.

But Commons (I assume this is what you are referring to) will most likely be a very different commons from how it is today. It would be easier just to reupload them when we can.

Reupload millions of images, videos, audio recordings? No thanks. :)
The request is for images which will have their copyright expire really soon.
If nothing this would save hardrive space worth millions of images such as those from world war 2 era

Why is this a wontfix. For images of people who have died (date of death +70 years = copyright free images), why cant this be applied?
