Hi!

I have an account [[q:za:user:Gangleri]] and I did select (as always) the content language za - (Chueng) as user interface language. The email address is correct but it was *never ever* confirmed.

Today I created a new account [[q:za:user:גאַנגלערי]] and received an email in order to confirm the account / the used email. This means that the email server is *not* down.

Please investigate what is wrong at « za.wikiquote » .

Have tested locally using en/fr/es, always seems to send e-mails here.

Might've been a stuck job queue at the time? Adding +testme
