For logging purposes, please add a "log comment" field when importing a page via [[Special:Import]].

Example: "date" "user" (Talk | contribs) imported "page name" by file upload ‎("x" revisions) "log comment here"

Initial version of this was added in r44245. Ariel, go ahead and make the style adjustments I noted on the code review page and I think we can mark it fixed.
